In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of company employees, eliminate fire safety hazards, and ensure production safety. Strengthen the emergency response capabilities for fire safety accidents in various departments and enhance the self-protection awareness of employees. On the afternoon of August 30th, the Equipment Department organized a fire evacuation drill and firefighting drill for all employees of the company. We now summarize and report on the good aspects and shortcomings of the drill process.
1、 Good aspects of fire drills:
When the alarm bell rings, most employees can remind each other at the work site, turn off the power, and evacuate along the fire green passage as soon as possible.
2. At the assembly point, the team leader is counting the number of people on site and then reporting them step by step.
During the evacuation process, there was no blockage or crowding in the fire green passage.
2、 Problems with fire drills:
Some personnel have prepared in advance and cannot check the effectiveness of regular training during the exercise. Some employees are slow and lack attention, thinking that the exercise is not responsive enough.
After the previous fire knowledge training and this fire drill, our employees have gained further practical experience in emergency evacuation, correct evacuation, and correct use of firefighting equipment in fire accidents through personal participation.
